Sarah E. White, M.D. joined Heartland Women’s Health Care in August 2007. She was born and raised in Kansas City, and attended St. Teresa’s Academy for high school. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. She then returned home and received her medical training at University of Kansas School of Medicine. She completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in June 2007.

Dr. White received an award from the Department of OB/GYN for outstanding resident at Truman Medical Center, she was an administrative Chief Resident, and received an academic award for highest CREOG score.

She is Board Certified, an active member in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Youngblood Society, and the Kansas City GYN Society. Her professional interests include minimally invasive surgery, pelvic floor surgery and preconception care. When away from the hospital she enjoys exercising – especially running; cooking, reading, and traveling. Most of all she is excited to join the Heartland Family.
