We ask that our professional fees be paid at the time your service is rendered. We do understand that being uninsured or even under insured that medical services can be costly. For our self pay patients we offer two options to perhaps make the payment easier for you.

Option 1
If you are able to pay for services in full on the day of the charges, we will offer you a 25% discount on the providers charges.

Option 2
If you are unable to pay in full on the day of your visit, you may pay for one half of the charges on the day of service and payment arrangements can be made for the balance.

Maternity care is excluded from these options. Other arrangements are available separately.

Northland Health Care Access and Metro Care are programs designed to assist those patients who are uninsured or underinsured. There is a large physician network offering medical care at a reduced or at no cost to you. This program is only for residents of Clay and Platte Counties. Residency is investigated closely. Please contact our office for more information.
