Samples Policy

Heartland Women’s Health Care maintains a very limited supply of medication samples provided by pharmaceutical companies. In the past we have been able to give more freely of these samples. Due to a significant decrease, and with many products complete elimination, of these samples we have been forced to evaluate our sample policy. These samples are now allocated to those patients who have a financial hardship or who wish to evaluate a new medication.

We do not receive any financial reimbursement from the pharmaceutical companies for stocking or dispensing these samples. We do this solely as a service to our patients. The medications our providers prescribe is determined exclusively on what is best for the individual patient based on your providers best judgment based on current research and science, not on the influence of pharmaceutical companies.

Patient care is our number one priority.
