Non-Cancellation Fee
Please be advised that effective May 15, 2007 Heartland began charging a $25 fee if a patient fails to keep a scheduled appointment for her annual exam. If you call to reschedule or to give us a 24 hour notice you will be unable to keep your appointment, no charge will be incurred. We regret having to implement this charge. There are many patients trying to get into the office for a timely exam who are unable to schedule. It is not fair to those patients when our exam times are opened on a last minute “no show” appointment.
