Heartland Women's Health Care is always adding new insurance plans. Please call 816-452-3300 if your plan is not listed above. Some plans actually have other plans administering them so you may be covered.

At this time, we are not participating providers for any Medicaid based plan or Medicare based program through the commercial products.

As a courtesy, Heartland will file your claim for you. If a payment is due by the patient, statements will be issued and a timely remittance is expected.

We work very hard to make sure your insurance is handled properly and promptly with as much feedback as possible. Before costly tests, procedures, surgeries and deliveries we utilize all resources to make sure that you get appropriate coverage and know what costs may be incurred. We will make every attempt to keep abreast of co-pays so that these are handled in accordance to your current plan guidelines.
